 We do accept exchanges if  item/s have all tags attached, in new, unworn, original condition (exchange only for item/s of equal or lesser value unless there is a manufacturer defect in which case you have the  option of a full refund or exchange ). You are responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Sizing Hint: Our products are "true size". e.g. if you wear a size 36 waist pants/jeans, but an XL underwear, we suggest that you order our size Large (36-38).

If the problem is a sizing issue we will gladly work with you to get you the desired fit.

Custom orders can not be refunded due to cost of manufacturing.
